We want you to feel completely at peace with every Ritual by Ligia product you receive.

If something doesn’t feel right — whether it’s a damaged item or simply not what you expected — you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

• We do not accept returns on digital products or downloadable files.
